For the last 30 years, we have been cooking family-style, Jalisco-inspired cuisine. From humble beginnings, we started selling our food in a food truck in Denver.

As our business flourished we opened a small location in 1991, and as our clientele grew, we expanded our restaurant. We prepare all of our dishes from scratch. We use only fresh ingredients in all of our food, and our delicious salsas are prepared fresh daily. Original Tacos Jalisco has been offering a wide variety of the best Mexican food including house favorites as well as innovative dishes that keep our customers coming back.
